How long have we been in business?
The Jones Family has been serving the tri-state area since 1963. For over 40 years, we have been providing high quality services and products to homeowners and small businesses. Will Jones, Bill's father was a master electrician who began serving the tri-state area in 1963. Working side by side with his father gave Bill the foundation he needed to begin the all-inclusive company that Jones Services is today. Jones Services Company has prided itself on being the best in the industry, serving and educating our customers in the Hudson Valley since 1986.

How many people do we employ?
We have over 25 employees in seven departments to serve all our customer’s needs. A separate Service & Maintenance department dedicated to servicing & maintaining your new heating or cooling system as well as a separate installation department dedicated to installing your new system to strict specifications. Our Plumbing, Electric, Water Treatment and Home Standby Generator departments stand ready to serve all your needs to keep you safe and comfortable in your home. Our technicians are the best in skill, attitude and workmanship. They will care for your home and complete the job with speed and precision. They will respect your home by using drop cloths and wearing shoe covers to protect your floors. They will clean up when they are finished and take personal responsibility for your satisfaction. They will not smoke or swear in your home and they are criminal and drug free.
