HVAC Job Requirements Include:

• Minimum of 5 years of prior HVAC residential service repair experience (NATE, NCI and BPI certification a plus);
• Knowledge of HVAC design and codes with abilities and skills to perform tasks;
• Technical school graduate;
• Ability to read and write English well enough to read and prepare invoices time sheets and proposals;
• Willingness to submit to a background check and drug test; and
• Clean driver's license

Plumbing Job Requirements Include:

• Minimum of 5 years of prior residential plumbing service and repair experience (drain cleaning and water treatment experience a plus);
• Knowledge of all local codes and town requirements;
